Erika is a founding partner of Garay & Guerrero, P.A., where she focuses her practice on Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters. As a Miami native, she understands the needs of her community and is committed to helping clients navigate estate planning with confidence and peace of mind.
Erika earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in 2017. While in law school, she was on the Dean’s list and was a Lead Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law.
Before establishing her own firm, Erika worked as an associate attorney at a respected estate planning firm, where she helped clients with Wills, Trusts, and Probate administration. Her experience has given her a strategic and client-focused approach to estate planning and probate matters.
Erika is licensed to practice law in Florida. She is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse range of clients and ensure that language is never a barrier to receiving quality legal support.
