Marcos Guerrero is a founding partner of Garay & Guerrero, P.A., where he is dedicated to providing skilled legal representation in Wills, Trust, and Probate-related matters. A Miami native, Marcos has a deep understanding of the local legal landscape and is committed to serving his community with integrity and professionalism.
Marcos earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University. His passion for the law led him to pursue a Juris Doctor Degree at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated in 2017. During law school, he honed his legal research and writing skills as an Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law.
Before co-founding Garay & Guerrero, P.A., Marcos gained invaluable experience as an associate attorney at a well-respected construction law firm, where he handled complex civil, commercial, and construction defect litigation. His hands-on experience in these areas has allowed him to develop a strategic and results-driven approach to legal advocacy.
Marcos is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. As a fluent Spanish speaker, he effectively represents a diverse clientele, ensuring that language is never a barrier.
